炎琥宁治疗流行性腮腺炎合并颌下腺炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察炎琥宁治疗流行性腮腺炎合并颌下腺炎的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月-2019年10月于云南省会泽县人民医院进行治疗的流行性腮腺炎合并颌下腺炎患者120例,以抽签法的方式分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组行病毒唑治疗,观察组行炎琥宁治疗。比较2组患者的治疗效果、临床症状消失时间及满意度。结果观察组治疗总有效率为83.33%高于对照组的66.67%(χ^(2)=4.444,P=0.035);观察组的临床症状消失时间为(3.37±0.22)d,短于对照组的(4.50±0.55)d(t=14.776,P=0.000);观察组总满意度为91.67%高于对照组78.33%(χ^(2)=4.183,P=0.041)。结论炎琥宁治疗流行性腮腺炎合并颌下腺炎效果显著,可缓解临床症状,提高患者满意度,值得在临床上推广和应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Yanhuning in the treatment of mumps with submandibular gland inflammation.Methods Selected 120 patients with mumps combined with submandibular glands who were treated at the People’s Hospital of Huize County,Yunnan Province from January 2018 to October 2019,they were divided into observation group and control group by lottery method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ribavirin and the observation group was treated with Yanhuning.The treatment effect,clinical symptoms disappeared time and satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 83.33%higher than 66.67%in the control group(χ^(2)=4.444,P=0.035);the clinical symptoms disappeared in the observation group was(3.37±0.22)d shorter than(4.50±0.55)d in the control group(t=14.776,P=0.000);the total satisfaction of the observation group was 91.67%higher than that of the control group 78.33%(χ^(2)=4.183,P=0.041).Conclusion Yanhuning can obviously improve the therapeutic effect for the patients with mumps and submandibular gland inflammation,relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the satisfaction rate.It is worth popularizing and applying in the clinic.
