摘 要:本文研究杨树在发生皱缩以后,利用饱和蒸汽对不同厚度试样进行处理,测试皱缩恢复指标,试验数据采用SAS软件进行分析。结果为随着处理时间的延长,含水率逐渐增加,处理10 h时达到最高值25.624%。处理12 h时,皱缩深度为最小值0.892 mm;随着厚度增大,皱缩深度逐渐增加,10 mm厚度试样的皱缩深度平均为0.7771 mm,40 mm试样为2.481 mm。随着处理时间的延长,皱缩因子逐渐减小6 h后达到35.115,12 h后增加至46.327。This paper studied the poplar collapse recovery technology and performance.The samples with different thickness values were treated by saturated steam after shrinking.The shrinkage recovery indicators were tested,and the data were analyzed by SAS system.The results showed the moisture content gradually increased with the treatment time extension,and reached the highest value of 25.624%after 10 hours.The collapse depth reached the lowest value of 0.892 mm when the samples were processed for 12 h.The collapse depth gradually increased with the thickness increasing.The average collapse depth of the 10 mm thickness sample was 0.7771 mm,and that of the 40 mm thickness sample was 2.481 mm.With the extension of the treatment time,the shrinkage factor gradually decreased to 35.115 after 6 hours,and increased to 46.327 after 12 hours.
