妇科千金片联合左氧氟沙星及甲硝唑治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效及安全性Meta分析

摘　　要：目的通过系统固定效应模型分析法评价妇科千金片联合左氧氟沙星及甲硝唑治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效及安全性。方法文献检索Pub Med、Medline、Embase、Cochrane Libraries、CNKI、万方和维普数据库,纳入2011年1月-2019年12月间发表的妇科千金片联合左氧氟沙星及甲硝唑治疗慢性盆腔炎的随机对照试验国内外文献并评价其质量,采用Rev Man5.3软件对所纳入文献的结果进行固定效应分析。结果共纳入15篇符合分析标准的随机对照研究,共有2437例慢性盆腔炎患者(含对照组1216例,治疗组1221例)。Meta分析结果显示:妇科千金片联合左氧氟沙星及甲硝唑组的治疗有效率高于单独使用抗生素组,2组间差异有统计学意义[OR=6.00,95%CI(4.46,8.08),P<0.00001];妇科千金片联合左氧氟沙星及甲硝唑组的复发率和单独使用抗生素组相近,2组间差异不具有统计学意义[OR=0.32,95%CI(0.15,0.66),P=0.002];妇科千金片联合左氧氟沙星及甲硝唑组的不良反应发生率和单独使用抗生素相近,2组相比不良反应发生率不具有统计学差异[OR=0.55,95%CI(0.22,1.35),P=0.19]。结论妇科千金片联合左氧氟沙星和甲硝唑治疗CPID比单独使用左氧氟沙星或甲硝唑效果更好。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Fuke Qianjin Tablets combined with levofloxacin and metronidazole in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease through a systematic fixed-effect model analysis method.Methods By searching Pub Med,Medline,Embase,Cochrane Libraries,CNKI,Wanfang and VIP databases,the randomized controlled trials of Fuke Qianjin tablets combined with levofloxacin and metronidazole in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease published between January 2011 and December 2019 were included and their quality was evaluated.Mate analysis of the fixed effects model was performed on the results of the included literature,using Rev Man5.3 software.Results A total of 15 randomized controlled studies were included,involving 2437 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(including 1216 cases in the control group and 1221 cases in the treatment group).Meta analysis showed that the effective rate of Fuke Qianjin tablets combined with levofloxacin and metronidazole was higher than that of antibiotics alone,with significant difference[OR=6.00,95%CI(4.46,8.08),P<0.00001].The recurrence rate of Fuke Qianjin tablets combined with levofloxacin and metronidazole was similar to that of antibiotics alone,but there was no significant difference[OR=0.32,95%CI(0.15,0.66),P=0.002].The incidence of adverse reactions of Fuke Qianjin tablets combined with levofloxacin and metronidazole was similar to that of antibiotics alone,and there was no statistical difference[OR=0.55,95%CI(0.22,1.35),P=0.19].Conclusion The effect of Fuke Qianjin tablets combined with levofloxacin and metronidazole in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is better than levofloxacin or metronidazole alone.
