摘 要:应用型人才是地方高校人才培养的首要目标,校企协同育人是应用型人才培养的有效途径,人才培养优劣标志着校企合作质量的好坏。本文构建以人才培养为目标、高校和企业为执行主体、政府为主导、社会为依托的“五位一体”的吉林省应用型高校校企协同育人机制,并提出校企双方共建管理委员会和信息交流平台、师资、教学资源共享、过程严格管理、人才出口严格把关等校企协同育人机制的运行对策,为吉林省应用型高校校企协同育人提供参考。Applied talents are the primary goal of talent cultivation in local universities,and school-enterprise collaborative education is an effective way to cultivate applied talents.The quality of talent cultivation indicates the quality of school-enterprise cooperation.In the paper below,a“5-in-1”application-oriented university-enterprise collaborative education mechanism in Jilin Province was built with talent training as the goal,universities and enterprises as the main executive body,government as the leading factor,and society as the backing.Some specific strategies were also proposed such as a joint management committee,teacher and teaching resource sharing,strict process control and graduation,which will help with the school-enterprise collaborative education in application-oriented universities in Jilin Province.
