摘 要:通过对产业集群升级与可持续创新型城市建设耦合系统的构成、耦合机制、发展阶段进行分析,分别构建要素间的耦合强度模型和子系统间的耦合关联协调模型,最后以2009—2016年青岛软件园和青岛市为例进行实证分析。结果表明,2009—2016年,二者要素间的耦合总体处于优化阶段;两子系统间的耦合关联度处于优化阶段,而耦合协调度实现了从产生阶段向巩固阶段的转变。改善耦合动力机制,促进耦合机制的完善对于更好地发挥两系统之间的耦合效应具有重要作用。Through the analysis of the composition,coupling mechanism and development stage of the coupling system between industrial cluster upgrading and sustainable innovative city construction,the coupling intensity model between elements and the coupling correlation coordination model between subsystems were constructed respectively.Finally,the Qingdao Software Park and Qingdao City from 2009 to 2016 were taken as examples for empirical analysis.The results show that from 2009 to 2016,the coupling between the two elements is generally in the optimization stage.The coupling correlation degree between the two subsystems is in the optimization stage,and the coupling coordination degree realizes the transformation from the generation stage to the consolidation stage.Improving the coupling dynamic mechanism and promoting the perfection of the coupling mechanism play an important role in bringing the coupling effect between the two systems into full play.
