摘 要:考试焦虑是当前教育环境下较普遍的心理问题,不利于学生身心健康和学业成绩进步。研究旨在探讨正念教育对考试焦虑的影响,分前后两期:前期研究,对厦门市271名5至9年级学生的正念水平与考试焦虑水平进行了测量,测量结果显示二者有显著的相关性;后期研究,在厦门市某中学初三年级进行了为期4周的正念教育实验,结果表明,相比控制组,实验组在实验前后正念水平显著提高,考试焦虑水平显著下降,可见,正念教育能有效降低学生的考试焦虑水平,有助于学生以良好心理状态应考。因此,在学业压力逐渐增加的背景下,学校可以适当引入正念教育,促进青少年心理健康发展。Test anxiety is a common psychological problem in the current educational environment,which has a great impact on student's physical and mental health and academic performance.This study is to explore the influence of mindfulness education on test anxiety,which is divided into two periods:In the earlier study,we measured the levels of mindfulness and test anxiety in 271 students in grades 5 to 9 in Xiamen.The measurement results indicate that there is a significant correlation between the two aspects;in the later study,a four-week pre-exam mindfulness education experiment is conducted in the third grade of J Middle School in Xiamen city.The results show that compared with the control group,the mindfulness level of the experimental group increased significantly after the experiment,and the test anxiety level decreased significantly.It is found that mindfulness education can effectively reduce the level of students test anxiety and help students take the examination with a good mental state.Therefore,schools can appropriately introduce the mindfulness education in order to play a positive role in the development of teenagers mental health against the background of the increasing academic pressure.
