摘　　要：目前行车调度命令的拟写流程模式化、工作量大,为减轻调度员的工作强度,对调度命令智能生成方法进行研究。在阐述调度命令内容及发布流程的基础上,分析调度命令智能生成方法的总体架构,提出由调度电话语音识别、调度命令模板匹配、调度命令参数的抽取与填写3个模块构成的基于调度电话语音信息的调度命令智能生成方法,并设计3个实验以对比验证方法的有效性。结果表明,该调度命令智能生成方法可实现调度电话向调度命令的直接转化,提高调度命令发布的效率与准确性。At present,the writing process of railway dispatching command is patterned,taking up a lot of dispatchers'working time.In order to reduce the dispatcher's work intensity,an intelligent dispatching command generation method was proposed.The current dispatching command issuing process was analyzed and the framework of the intelligent dispatching command generation method was introduced.The proposed intelligent dispatching command generation method based on dispatching telephone consisted of three modules:dispatching telephone speech recognition,dispatching command template matching,and dispatching command parameter extraction and filling.Three experiments were designed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.The research results show that the intelligent dispatching command generation method can convert dispatching telephone to dispatching command directly,significantly improving the efficiency and accuracy of dispatching command release.
