摘 要:受限于贫乏的矿产资源和缺乏综合回收的观念,我国矿产资源选冶过程中产生了含有大量高浓度残余重金属和有机选冶药剂,给周边的生态环境带来极大的风险。因此,以广西南丹县某尾矿库周边土壤为研究对象,探究重金属元素的分布特征,基于土壤酶活性及微量热法分析该地区的土壤活性分布。研究发现,尾矿库周边的土壤重金属含量(如As、Cd、Sb等)存在不同程度的超标,As、Cd和Sb地累积指数呈现污染状态。虽然农业用地的微生物代谢活性相对较高,但其超标的重金属表明在评价土壤活性时不能忽视对重金属含量的调查,故需要谨慎对待土地的再利用。Limited by the lacking of mineral resources and perception of comprehensive recovery of valuable minerals,our country's mineral resource process-ing has produced a large amount of high-concentration residual heavy metals and organic processing chemicals which bring great risks to the surrounding.Therefore,in present study we focused on the soils around tailings in Nandan,Guangxi.The distribution characteristics of metal(loid)s were analyzed,and the microbial metabolic activities were explored based on enzymatic activity and microcalorimetry analytical approaches.Results indicated that the total concentration of metal(loid)s(such as As,Cd and Sb)exceeds the soil background.In addition,the geo-accumulation index of As,Cd and Sb showed that the soils were under severe contamination.Despite the microbial activity in agricultural land is relatively high than other soils,the exceeded concentration of metal(loid)s indicated that investigation of metal(loid)s can not be ignored.Usage of functional land around tailings should come with a scientific evaluation and government health warning.
