摘 要:为探究祁连山乌鞘岭东段农田和草原土壤养分的影响因素,揭示土壤养分含量、化学计量特征以及与海拔之间的关系,以祁连山乌鞘岭天祝藏族自治县农田和草原10~20 cm土壤为研究对象,分析土壤有机碳(SOC)、全氮(TN)、全磷(TP)、全钾(TK)以及C、N、P、K化学计量特征和海拔之间的关系。结果表明,乌鞘岭地区农田土壤SOC含量为20.6~57.9 g/kg;TN含量为0.7~6.2 g/kg;TP含量为0.2~1.5 g/kg;TK含量为18.8~25.4 g/kg。草原土壤SOC含量为3.7~69.8 g/kg;TN含量为0.2~8.3 g/kg;TP含量为0.23~0.93 g/kg;TK含量为11.8~24.5 g/kg。农田土壤SOC、TN、TK与海拔之间极显著相关(P<0.01),草原土壤SOC和海拔之间显著相关(P<0.05),TN和海拔之间极显著相关(P<0.01)。C、N、P、K的化学计量特征结果显示,农田土壤C、K在不同海拔高度的耦合性较高,而N、P的耦合性较差。草原土壤P、K在不同海拔的耦合性较高,而C、N的耦合性较差。In order to explore the influencing factors of soil nutrients in farmland and grassland in the eastern section of Wushaoling,Qilian Mountains,reveal the relationship between soil nutrient content,stoichiometric characteristics and altitude.This thesis takes the farmland and grassland 10~20 cm soil in Wushaoling Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County of Qilian Mountains as the research object,and analyzes soil organic carbon(SOC),total nitrogen(TN),total phosphorus(TP),total potassium(TK)and the relationship between C,N,P,K stoichiometric characteristics and altitude.The results showed that the SOC content of farmland soil in Wushaoling area is 20.6~57.9 g/kg;TN content is 0.7~6.2 g/kg;TP content is 0.2~1.5 g/kg;TK content is 18.8~25.4 g/kg.Grassland soil SOC content is 3.7~69.8 g/k;TN content is 0.2~8.3 g/kg;TP content is 0.23~0.93 g/kg;TK content is 11.8~24.5 g/kg.Farmland soil SOC,TN,TK are extremely significantly correlated with altitude(P<0.01),grassland soil SOC and altitude are significantly correlated(P<0.05),and TN and altitude are extremely significantly correlated(P<0.01).The results of the stoichiometric characteristics of C,N,P and K show that the coupling of C and K in farmland soils at different altitudes is high,while the coupling of N and P is poor.The coupling of P and K in grassland soils at different altitudes is relatively high,while the coupling of C and N is poor.
