新媒体时代两岸民众群际焦虑:根源、影响与因应

摘　　要：两岸历经长期分治,不同的政治制度和社会发展历程形塑了两岸民众不同的社会认同。随着新媒体推动两岸民间交流在广度和深度上不断扩展,两岸民众的情境体验持续加深,双方既有的制度认同、社会发展认同和国族认同受到不同程度冲击和威胁,并逐渐形成群际焦虑情绪。特别是自蔡英文执政以来,两岸关系持续恶化,群际焦虑已成为两岸民间交流中的突出问题。在群际焦虑情绪的影响下,两岸民众的认同威胁和利益冲突在现实和虚拟的空间中被放大,恐惧、愤怒等情绪走向群体极化,并导致群体行动的发生,对两岸民间互信和社会融合造成了极大的负面影响。因此,有必要充分利用新媒体的特点,从积极群际接触、增进认知、产生共情三个层面入手,最大程度消减群际焦虑,促进两岸同胞心灵契合。After a long period of separation and governance,different political systems and social development processes have shaped different social identities of people on both sides of the Straits.With the continuous expansion in breadth and depth of cross-strait folk communication promoted by new media,the situational experience of people on both sides continues to deepen.The existing institutional identity,social development identity and national identity of both sides are impacted and threatened to varying degrees,and the inter-group anxiety gradually forms.Especially since Tsai Ing-wen took office,cross-Straits relations have continued to deteriorate,and inter-group anxiety has become a prominent issue in cross-Straits folk communication.Under the influence of inter-group anxiety,the identity threat and interest conflict of people on both sides of the Taiwan Straits are amplified in the real and virtual space,and the emotions such as fear and anger move towards group polarization and lead to group actions,which have a great negative impact on cross-strait civil mutual trust and social integration.Therefore,it is necessary to make full use of the characteristics of new media to reduce inter-group anxiety to the greatest extent and promote the spiritual harmony of compatriots on both sides of the Straits from three aspects:active inter-group contact,increasing cognition and generating empathy.
