摘　　要：目的研究江西吉安某院口服抗糖尿病药物用药的规范性。方法于2018年—2019年我院接受长期药物治疗的糠尿病患者中随机抽取60例,收集患者医嘱统计各药物使用情况,计算用药频度(DDDs),分析用药的规范性。结果格列美脲用药频率最高DDDs 5300,人均DDDs 88;伏格列波糖DDDs 3333,人均DDDs 56;瑞格列奈DDDs 5000,人均DDDs 83;磷酸西格列汀DDDs 80,人均DDDs 1;那格列奈DDDs 56,人均DDDs(1)d;阿卡波糖DDDs 240,人均DDDs 4。二甲双胍19条(8.4%),格列齐特20条(8.9%),格列美脲58条(25.8%),罗格列酮9条(4.0%),吡格列酮9条(4.0%),沙格列汀17条(7.6%),磷酸西格列汀1条(0.4%),阿卡波糖2条(0.9%),伏格列波糖32条(14.2%),瑞格列奈57条(25.3%),那格列奈1条(0.4%)。结论通过回顾性分析糖尿病患者合理用药情况,了解各类药物使用的规范性,可为规范用药、个体化用药提供依据。加强长期医嘱规范性管理,可为患者减轻经济和心理负担,促进康复,加强医疗资源的合理应用提供参考。Objective To study the standardization of oral antidiabetic drugs in Ji'an Hospital of Jiangxi Province.Methods Sixty patients with chaff urine disease receiving long-term drug treatment in our hospital from 2018 to 2019 were randomly selected.The medical orders of the patients were collected to analyze the use of each drug,and DDDs were calculated to analyze the standardization of drug use.Results Glimepiride has the highest frequency DDDs 5300,medication DDDs 88;per capita DDDs 3333,of Vogliebos DDDs 56;per capita DDDs 5000,Reglene DDDs 83;per capita DDDs 80,of sigretin phosphate DDDs 1;per capita DDDs 56,Glinen DDDs 1;per capita Acarbose DDDs 240,DDDs 4.per capita Metformin 19(8.4%),Gliclazide 20(8.9%),58 glimepiride(25.8%),9 rosiglitazone(4.0%),9 pioglitazone(4.0%),Shaglitine 17(7.6%),Siglitine phosphate 1(0.4%),Acarbose 2(0.9%),Thirty-two(14.2%)pieces of Voglebose,57 articles(25.3 per cent)of Reglene,Nageline 1(0.4%).Conclusion Through the retrospective analysis of the rational use of diabetes patients,to understand the norms of various drug use,can provide experimental basis for standardized drug use,individualized drug use.Strengthening the normative management of long-term doctor's orders can lighten the economic and psychological burden of patients,promote the rehabilitation of patients,and provide reference for the rational application of medical resources.
