超声引导下骶管神经阻滞在痔疮手术中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨痔疮手术中应用超声引导下骶管神经阻滞的临床效果。方法选择2019年6月—2020年9月于大余县人民医院择期行痔疮切除手术患者100例,采用随机数字表法分为2组,每组各50例。对照组以传统方法进行骶管神经阻滞,观察组采用超声引导下骶管神经阻滞,对比2组穿刺成功率、麻醉效果、血流动力学及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组穿刺成功率和一次穿刺成功率均高于对照组,观察组麻醉效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组不同时点HR、MAP及不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在痔疮手术中应用超声引导下骶管神经阻滞可提高穿刺成功率和麻醉效果,维持血流动力学稳定,降低不良反应发生率,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of ultrasound-guided sacral canal nerve block in hemorrhoids operation.Methods From June 2019 to September 2020,100 patients underwent hemorrhoidectomy,Using the random number table method,Each group was 50 cases.The control group was treated with sacral nerve block,The observation group was guided by ultrasonic sacral canal nerve block.The success rate of puncture,anesthetic effect,hemodynamics and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The success rate of puncture and the success rate of one puncture in observation group were higher than those in control group;The anesthetic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of HR、MAP and adverse reactions between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound guided sacral canal nerve block in hemorrhoids operation can improve the success rate of puncture and anesthetic effect,maintain hemodynamic stability and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and complications.
