富血小板纤维蛋白在牙根面覆盖术中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察富血小板纤维蛋白在牙根面覆盖术中的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2019年1月—2020年1月收治的60例牙龈退缩患者的临床资料,按治疗方式的不同将其分为对照组(给予冠向复位瓣联合结缔组织移植)和研究组(在对照组的基础上应用富血小板纤维蛋白),每组30例。比较2组手术前、手术半年后、手术1年后的龈退缩宽度、牙龈厚度、角化龈宽度、根面覆盖率。结果手术前,2组的龈退缩宽度、牙龈厚度、角化龈宽度无统计学差异(P>0.05)。研究组手术半年后、1年后的牙龈退缩宽度小于对照组,而角化龈宽度、牙龈厚度、根面覆盖率大于对照组,差异均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在牙根面覆盖术中使用富血小板纤维蛋白,能减少牙龈退缩患者的龈退缩宽度,增加牙龈厚度、角化龈宽度,提高牙根面覆盖率,疗效理想。Objective To observe the clinical effect of platelet rich fibrin in root covering surgery.Methods the clinical data of 60 patients with gingival recession from January 2019 to January 2020 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(given coronal reduction valve combined with connective tissue transplantation)and study group(treated with platelet rich fibrin on the basis of control group),30 cases in each group.The gingival retraction width,gingival thickness,keratinized gingival width and root coverage were compared between the two groups before operation,six months after operation and one year after operation.Results Before operation,there was no significant difference in gingival retraction width,gingival thickness and keratinized gingival width between the two groups(P>0.05).After the operation,the gingival retraction width,gingival thickness,and keratinized gingival width of the two groups after half a year and one year after operation were significantly different from those before operation(P<0.05);the gingival retraction width after half a year and one year after operation in the study group was smaller than that in the control group,while the keratinized gingival width,gingival thickness and root coverage rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)<0.05)。Conclusion Platelet rich fibrin can reduce the gingival retraction width of patients with gingival recession,increase the gingival thickness and the width of keratinized gingiva,and improve the root coverage rate.
