摘  要:伊阿铁路是国家中长期铁路网规划中重要的组成部分,是沟通南北疆的重要通道,对于强化"安边固疆"交通基础、构筑绿色交通服务体系具有重要意义。在阐述伊宁铁路地区线网及车站基本情况的基础上,研究伊阿铁路引入伊宁铁路地区的接轨方案。经综合分析3类运输径路方案后推荐与精河方向贯通方案。在接轨点方案比选中研究推荐布列开站接轨方案,指出布列开站选择本线中穿车站布置方案为优,精河—阿克苏方向跨线列车联络线设置应选择中穿方案。研究为完善伊宁地区综合交通网络、改善地区铁路客运服务质量奠定了基础。Yining-Aksu Railway is an important part in the Medium and Long-term Railway Network Planning of as well as a key corridor connecting the north and the south of Xinjiang. It is of great significance for strengthening the transportation foundation of "security frontiers and solid borders" and building a green transportation service system. The basic status of railway line, network and station was introduced, and the schemes linking Yining-Aksu railway with Yining railway was studied. After comparing three categories of traffic routes, the connecting scheme linking Jinhe direction was recommended, the arrangement of contact line for cross line train from Jinhe to Aksu direction should select the scheme of connecting in the middle. The research results lay the foundation for improving the overall transportation network and elevating the service quality of railway passenger transportation in Yining area.
