摘  要:以2年生金花茶(Camellia nitidissima)扦插苗为试验材料,对不同光环境下金花茶的光合生理特性进行研究,以期为金花茶的林下栽培提供科学依据。结果表明,80%遮荫处理下,金花茶光合色素含量最高,净光合速率(P_(n))最大,气孔导度最大(G_(s)),蒸汽压亏(V_(pdl))缺最小,显著提高了蒸腾速率(T_(r)),叶片中氮素含量最高,可使叶片合成较多的蛋白质,促进金花茶生长。在70%遮荫处理下,与呼吸作用、光合作用及生长素的氧化等密切相关的过氧化物歧化酶(POD)及抗性强弱相关的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量最高,表明金花茶在此状态下生长状态最好且抗性最强;在40%、50%遮荫处理下,叶片变黄,防御性酶含量增加;在20%遮荫处理下,叶绿素含量下降,光合作用受阻,叶片枯萎并脱落,最终可能导致植株死亡。在光照较强的夏季,金花茶幼树适宜种植在70%和80%遮荫环境下。2-year-old Camellia nitidissima seedlings were used as experimental materials.Effects of different light treatments on photosynthetic and physiological characteristics of C.nitidissima were studied to provide scientific basis for C.nitidissima cultivation.Results showed that under 80%shade treatment,C.nitidissima had the highest photosynthetic pigment content,the largest net photosynthetic rate(P_(n)),the largest stomatal conductance(G_(s)),the smallest vapor pressure deficit(V_(pdl))which significantly increased transpiration rate(T_(r)),and the highest nitrogen content in leaves which could make leaves synthesize more proteins and promote growth of C.nitidissima.Under 70%shading treatment,contents of peroxidase dismutase(POD)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)closely related to respiration,photosynthesis and auxinoxidation were the highest,which showed that C.nitidissima had the strongest resistance and grew best.Under 40%and 50%shading treatments,leaves became yellow and contents of defensive enzymes increased.Under 20%shading treatments,chlorophyll content dropped,photosynthesis was blocked,leaves withered and fell off,and eventually plants died.In summer when sunshine was strong,C.nitidissima was suitable for growing under 70%and 80%shade.
