摘  要:板栗(Castanea mollissima)具有雄单性和两性花同株或雌雄异花同株植物的特性,雌雄花的比例严重影响其坐果率、果实产量和质量,因此,查明板栗花芽分化特点,可为花芽分化调控提供理论指导。本研究以‘易门一号’、‘易门二号’和‘云良’作为试验材料。结果表明,‘云良’的物候期较其他两个品种整体延迟7~10天;通过石蜡切片、环氧树脂切片法研究3个品种板栗2~3年生枝条,发现‘易门一号’结果母枝雌花簇数最多,‘易门二号’的雌雄花序比最小。Castanea mollissima has characteristics of male unisexual and bisexual or monoecious plants,and ratio of male and female flowers seriously affects fruit-setting rate,fruit yield and quality.Therefore,finding out characteristics of C.mollissima flower bud differentiation can provide theoretical guidance for regulation of flower bud differentiation.'Yimen No.1','Yimen No.2'and'Yunliang'were used as experimental materials.Results showed that phenological period of'Yunliang'was delayed by 7-10 days compared with'Yimen No.1'and'Yimen No.2'.Two to three-year-old branches of three varieties were analyzed by paraffin section and epoxy resin section.Number of female flower cluster in female branches of'Yimen No.1'was the highest,and ratio of female and male inflorescence of'Yimen No.2'was the smallest.
