摘 要:以薄壳山核桃(Carya illinoinensis)当年生苗为试验材料,采用双因素三水平随机区组试验设计,研究尿素(CO(NH_(2))_(2))与七水硫酸锌(ZnSO_(4)·7H_(2)O)叶面施肥对薄壳山核桃苗木生长的影响,为嫁接苗提供施肥依据。结果表明,薄壳山核桃苗高、地径增幅对肥料的响应均符合二元二次回归方程。CO(NH_(2))_(2)与ZnSO_(4)·7H_(2)O合理配施能增加苗高和地径,且配施效果优于单施;CO(NH_(2))_(2)和ZnSO_(4)·7H_(2)O用量分别为2.5 g/L和0.3 g/L时,苗高与地径增幅最明显。当CO(NH_(2))_(2)和ZnSO_(4)·7H_(2)O用量分别为2.667和0.276 g/L,两者比例为1∶0.103时,苗高增幅达到最大理论值36.30%;CO(NH_(2))_(2)和ZnSO_(4)·7H_(2)O用量分别为3.195和0.333 g/L,两者比例为1∶0.104时,地径增幅达到最大理论值43.49%。通过等产线图可知,对苗高增幅有促进作用的CO(NH_(2))_(2)和ZnSO_(4)·7H_(2)O用量分别为0~2.722和0~0.294 g/L,对地径增幅有促进作用的用量分别为0~3.447和0~0.410 g/L。Effects of foliar application with CO(NH_(2))_(2)and ZnSO_(4)·7H_(2)O on growth of current-year Carya illinoinensis seedlings were analyzed by two-factor,three-level randomized block design to provide a basis for grafted seedlings fertilization.Results showed that effects of fertilizers on seedling height increment and ground diameter increment of C.illinoinensis seedlings met the binary quadratic regression equation.A proper ratio of CO(NH_(2))_(2)and ZnSO_(4)·7H_(2)O increased seedling height increment and ground diameter increment,and effect was better than single application.When CO(NH_(2))_(2)and ZnSO_(4)·7H_(2)O were 2.5 and 0.3 g/L,respectively,increments of seedling height and ground diameter were the most obvious.Growth of seedling height increment reached the maximum theoretical value of 36.30%when CO(NH_(2))_(2)and ZnSO_(4)·7H_(2)O were 2.667 and 0.276 g/L,respectively,and ratio was 1∶0.103.Ground diameter increment reached the maximum theoretical value of 43.49%when spraying dose of CO(NH_(2))_(2)and ZnSO_(4)·7H_(2)O were 3.195 and 0.333 g/L,respectively,and ratio was 1:0.104.According to yield-equality lines plots,doses of CO(NH_(2))_(2)and ZnSO_(4)·7H_(2)O for seedling height increase were 0-2.722 and 0-0.294 g/L,respectively;doses of CO(NH_(2))_(2)and ZnSO_(4)·7H_(2)O for ground diameter increase were 0-3.447 and 0-0.410 g/L,respectively.
