摘 要:采用高能振动球磨法,制备了Mg_(35)Ti_(65)合金,并添加(10%La_(0.4)Ce_(0.1)Pr_(0.3)Nd_(0.2)Ni_4Co_(0.5)Mn_(0.3)Al_(0.2))作为改性剂,制备了储氢合金Mg_(35)Ti_(65)/(10%La_(0.4)Ce_(0.1)Pr_(0.3)Nd_(0.2)Ni_4Co_(0.5)Mn_(0.3)Al_(0.2)),研究了改性剂的添加及球磨时间对合金显微组织、吸放氢性能的影响规律。结果表明:球磨Mg_(35)Ti_(65)时间为20h时,能获得单一的BCC固溶体相,加入质量分数为10%的改性剂球磨0.5h时能明显地改善其储氢性能,8MPa,573K下100s内吸氢质量能达到3%,随着球磨时间的增加,其相结构发生改变,吸氢量及动力学性能逐渐变差。The Mg_(35)Ti_(65) hydrogen storage alloys were prepared by high-energy ball-milling,which added 10 wt.%La_(0.4)Ce_(0.1)Pr_(0.3)Nd_(0.2)Ni_(4)Co_(0.5)Mn_(0.3)Al_(0.2)as a modifier.The effects of modifier addition and milling time on the microstructure,hydrogen absorption properties of the alloys were studied.The results showed that the single BCC solid solution can be obtained after the Mg_(35)Ti_(65)alloy was milled for 20 h.Adding 10 wt%modifier and milling for 0.5 h,the hydrogen storage properties were obviously improved and its hydrogen storage capacity reached to 3 wt.%at 8 MPa hydrogen pressure and 573 K within 100 s.As increase of ball-milling time,the phase structure of Mg_(35)Ti_(65)hydrides changed,the hydrogen absorption capacity and kinetics became worse gradually.
