摘　　要：改革开放以来的汉语可以称为"当代汉语",当代汉语在语音、造词法、词类、句式和语言功能等方面与所谓"现代汉语"有许多不同的特点,全国各地还出现了大量"无方言族"。在当代汉语阶段,海外各地华人的民系结构及语言种类结构发生很大变化,汉语国际化的历史进程大大加快,同时由于海内外华人和华语互相接触、交流空前频繁,海外的汉语方言与国内一样,呈萎缩的趋势,世界各地华语差异逐渐缩小,有互相融合的趋势。研究汉语和制订语言政策和语言规范的视野也应该更加开阔,应扩大到全球各地的汉语及其方言。今后的汉语研究须有当代观和全球观。Since the adoption of the reform and opening up policy,Chinese language has seen many changes in its phonetics,vocabulary,grammar,syntax and social function.Chinese language during this period can be called Contemporary Chinese,which is different in many aspects from other periods.One of predominant changes in terms of its speakers is that a large number of them are speakers of the national standard variety without any regional accent.In the period of Contemporary Chinese,structural change has happened in regionalects and hometown of Chinese diasporas across the world,speeding up the historical process of Chinese language internationalization at an unprecedent pace.Meanwhile,due to the unseen frequency of change and communication among overseas Chinese,making various regionalects previously seen in different Chinese diasporas shrink even more rapid as what happened to dialects within China.All of these have caused eventual disappearing of the differences between Chinese languages spoken in different ethno-linguistical communities across the world,which signifies a tendency towards integration.In view of this,we should adopt a broader prospective in studying Chinese language and drawing up language planning policies such as standardization.We should include overseas Chinese language and their dialects in the future vision and opt for contemporary and global outlook of Chinese language studies in the future.
