摘 要:晶闸管动态无功功率补偿装置(Thyristor Switched Capacitor,TSC)是一种新型电容补偿柜,是无功补偿领域的更新换代产品,近几年在工业企业得到广泛应用。TSC装置的关键技术是对电容器投切开关晶闸管的触发控制,装置解决了晶闸管投切电容器的投切判据检测和零电压触发问题,实现了电容器的频繁投切和快速反应,在确保装置安全可靠的基础上达到良好的无功功率补偿效果。在此主要介绍了TSC装置电容器投切过程中对电力系统无功功率检测、晶闸管触发电路零电压投入以及TSC控制结构等关键问题的解决方案。Thyristor Switching Capacitor(TSC)dynamic reactive power compensation technology,as a high efficient and fast reactive power compensation device,is the development direction of industrial enterprises in recent years.TSC device is the key technologies of capacitor switching thyristor trigger control,solve the thyristor for capacitor criterion for detection and zero passage trigger voltage difference problem,capacitor can be frequent cutting,rapid response of reactive power compensation,to ensure a complete set of equipment is the basis of safe and reliable work can achieve good effect of reactive power compensation.This paper mainly introduces the solution of key problems in the process of capacitor switching,such as the detection of reactive power in load system,thyristor trigger circuit,input of zero-voltage difference capacitor and control structure.
