摘　　要：网约护士作为新兴的网络医疗进家庭服务将出现在日常生活中。但医疗服务与其他网约服务不同,需要严格的管理制度护航,与此同时,网约护士普遍存在安全、操作环境以及收费标准等方面问题,要摸索着前进并解决相关问题。目前“网约护士”还处于初创期,需要加强护士人员的培训与学习,保证“网约护士”项目的顺利进行。对“互联网+护理服务”背景下现存问题及解决方案进行了综述。As a new network medical service,network nurse will appear in daily life.However,medical service is different from other online appointment services,which needs strict management system.At the same time,there are many problems in the safety,operating environment and charging standards of online appointment nurses.We should explore the way forward and solve the related problems.We need to strengthen the training and learning of nurses to ensure the smooth progress of the project.The existing problems and solutions under the background of“Internet+nursing service”were summarized.
