摘　　要：[目的/意义]美国国防采办管理是保障美军获得质量优良、价格合理、技术先进的武器装备的重要支撑。[方法/过程]分析了美国国防采办管理改革综合研究的概念和特点,提出基于RDJF(需求理解、数据挖掘、综合研判、服务反馈)循环法的美国国防采办管理改革综合研究总体思路,详细研究了美国国防采办管理改革综合研究的需求理解、数据挖掘、综合研判和服务反馈等步骤具体内容。[结果/结论]以数据驱动的美国国防采办管理改革综合研究为例,验证说明了RDJF循环法具体步骤和内容,研究结论有助于客观深刻认识美国国防采办管理改革综合研究的本质要求,为开展战略情报研究提供了新思路和新模式。[Purpose/significance]The US defense acquisition management is an important support to ensure that the US military can obtain high-quality,reasonable price and advanced technology weapons and equipment.[Method/process]This paper analyzes the concept and characteristics of the US defense acquisition management reform research,puts forward the general idea of that based on RDJF cycle method,namely“Requirements-Data-Judge-Feedback”.It studies the contents of demand understanding,data mining,comprehensive research and judgment,service feedback in detail.[Result/conclusion]The paper takes the data-driven US defense acquisition management reform research as an example,verifies and illustrates the specific steps and processes of RDJF cycle method.The research conclusions can help to understand the essential requirements of the US defense acquisition management reform research,and provide new ideas and modes for strategic intelligence research.
