基于数据整合视角的高校教职工慢病健康管理的应用

摘　　要：目的:通过以高校大数据平台为基础的健康数据整合,提出了基于大数据平台的高校慢病管理建议。方法:以某高校2016—2019年4年的教职工健康体检数据为基础,通过性别、职称、职务、学历的分层,进而对常见慢性病如超重、高血压、高血糖、高血脂的发生状况进行对照和原因分析。结果:超重、高血压、高血糖、高血脂的人数男性高于女性,而女性的年平均增长率却不同程度高于男性;在职称、职务、学历分层统计中,呈现出明显年轻化趋势。结论:以学校“幸福工程”为代表的健康促进项目对于教职工健康状况的改善和提升均有较大的促进作用,应建立长效机制。基于大数据平台的校园慢病管理,应在提高认识、完善机制、协同融入、互联互通方面加大力度,有效提升应用成果。Objective:Through the integration of health data based on big data platform in colleges and universities,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the management of chronic diseases in colleges and universities based on big data platform.Methods:Based on the health examination data of faculty and staff in a university from 2016 to 2019,the occurrence of common chronic diseases such as overweight,hypertension,hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia can be analyzed in terms of gender,professional title,position and educational background.Results:the number of men with overweight,hypertension,hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia was higher than that of women,but the average annual growth rate of women was higher than that of men.In the hierarchical statistics of professional title,position and education background,there is an obvious trend of going younger.Conclusion:The health promotion projects represented by the school“happiness project”can greatly promote and enhance the health status of faculty and staff and a long-term mechanism should be established.The management of chronic diseases on campus based on big data platform should be strengthened in the aspects of raising awareness,improving mechanism,collaborative integration and interconnection,so as to effectively improve the application results.
