摘　　要：针对铁路货车枕梁设计了一条自动化焊装生产线,依据焊接制造工艺设置不同的工位和物流措施,达到流水线作业模式。通过自动化、数字化控制系统,管理和控制上料、组对、焊接、下料等一系列工艺过程,通过控制系统收集现场设备的工作状态和焊接过程实时数据,并通过总线方式上传到中控系统,以数字化信息显示过程状态;通过与MES系统接口,实现了对生产线及生产过程的集中监控。In this article,an automatic welding production line is designed for the body bolster of the railway wagons.Different work stations and logistics measures are set according to the welding manufacturing technology to achieve the assembly line operation mode,to manage and control a series of technological processes such as materials feeding,grouping,welding and cutting through the automatic and digital controlling system,to collect the working condition of the field equipment and welding process data in real-time through the control system,and to upload to the central control system through the bus mode,display the process status digitally,and the centralized monitoring of production line and process is realized by interface with MES system.
