摘  要:1931年9月18年抗日战争爆发,1931年10月10日西康各界反日大会就发表《告西康民众书》《宣言》。康藏旅京同乡于1931年10月27日成立了"康藏旅京同乡抗日救国会"。从此藏民族抱定神圣的职责,以各种方式参与抗战建国。他们或以个人方式支持参与抗战,或组织民间社团慰劳宣传,或积极参与全国各种"抗日运动"。二十几个社团突显了地域性与全局性相结合、地方运动与全国运动相结合、关注中国与放眼世界相结合、临时性与持久性相结合之特点。班禅、喜饶嘉错、嘉木样、策觉林、诺那、圣露等众多宗教领袖,除了捐资捐物支持抗战外,其对边疆同胞的宣慰,使各族人民同心抗战,并促进中华民族共同体构建,因"抗建"有功,二十多人受到国家的册封和奖赏。而安钦担任伪政府蒙藏委员会主任、佛教同愿会会长,始被利用,终幡然醒悟,亦足见抗战背景下,现代国家构建、中华民族共同体形成之艰难。藏族人民参与抗战的活动突破权利界限,西藏地方政府、各地土司、班禅行辕都积极支持抗战;突破地域限制,藏族地区、内蒙古与内地重庆、成都、兰州、南京、上海等地都是他们的特殊战场。依据系统的文献,特别是新挖掘的报刊文献,全面梳理藏族抗战的特点与意义,其历史价值与当下意义十分重大。In September 18th,1931,the War of Resistance against Japan broke out in China.On October 10th,1931,the Anti-Japanese Congress of Xikang attended by all circles there issued the"Declaration of the People of Xikang".On October 27th,1931,the"Anti-Japanese and National Salvation Association of the Kham Tibetan People in Beijing"was established.Since then,the Tibetan people have held on to their sacred duty of participating in the Anti-Japanese War and the founding of the country in various ways.Some of them personally supported and participated in the War,and the others organized some mass organizations to render services or actively participated in various anti-Japanese movements throughout the country.More than two dozen associations highlighted their characteristics of combining regional with global situations,local with national movements,the status of China with that of the whole world,their temporary with long-term planes.Many religious leaders,such as Panchen Lama,Shirap Gyatao,Jamyang,Tsijorlin,Norna and Shenglu,not only donated money and materials to support the Anti-Japanese War,but also encouraged people of all ethnic groups to make concerted efforts to fight against Japanese aggression and promoted the construction of the Chinese national community.More than 20 of them were conferred and rewarded by the state for their contributions to the Anti-Japanese War.However,Anqin was used by the puppet government,serving as the director of the Mongolian and Tibetan Committee and the head of the Buddhist Association of Tongyuan of the Puppet State of Manchukuo,he finally awakened and understood the difficulty of the construction of a modern country and the formation of the Chinese national community under the background of the Anti-Japanese War.The anti-Japanese activities of the Tibetan people broke through the boundaries of different authorities,as the Tibetan local government,local chieftains,and Panchen Lama all actively supported the Anti-Japanese War,breaking through geographical restrictions,Tibet,Inner Mong
