基于三螺旋理论的西藏传统文化产业人才培养模式研究——以雪堆白传统手工艺术学校为例

摘　　要：西藏传统文化在与现代文明的激烈碰撞中不可避免受到冲击。转型困难、创新乏力已成为阻碍西藏地区文化产业发展的首要因素。究其深层次的原因是传统文化产业人才培养缺乏顶层设计、产业人才与产业需求的矛盾和差距导致。研究基于"三螺旋理论"结合"雪堆白传统手工艺术学校"的经验,采用结构分析法从政策、产业、教育三个层面进行传统文化产业人才培养系统设计,构建健康和谐的传统文化产业生态体系,为传统文化产业人才培养模式提供理论依据。The Tibetan traditional culture is inevitably affected in its fierce collision with modern civilization.The difficulties in transformation and the lack of innovation have become the primary factors hindering the development of cultural industry in Tibet.The deep-seated reasons are the lack of top-level design and the contradiction and gap between industrial talents and industrial demands.Based on the experience of Shodobye(zho-vdoddpal)Traditional Handicraft&Art School,with the Triple Helix Theory the study attempts to design a talent training system for traditional cultural industry from the three aspects,namely,policy,industry and education by using the method of structural analysis,to build a harmonious and healthy ecological system,and to provide theoretical basis for the talent training mode of traditional culture industry.
