摘 要:以2001—2018年14个玉米主产省份数据为样本,基于品种生命周期,从品种本身的品质和实际推广运用程度2个维度,借助玉米新品种的理论单产水平来计量新品种更新实际带来的品种质量改善或技术进步,在探索性构建计测玉米新品种改良指标的基础上,运用C-D生产函数模型,计量分析了玉米新品种改良对玉米单产增加的贡献率。研究结果表明,依靠新品种改良对玉米单产的贡献率为42.18%,验证了品种改良在保障粮食安全和农产品有效供给中的重要地位。This article used the data of 14 major corn producing provinces from 2001 to 2018 as sample.On the base of the variety life cycle,some indicators for measuring the improvement of new varieties of corn were exploratorily established by measuring the variety quality improvement or technical progress brought by variety renewal according to the theoretical yield level of new maize varieties from the two dimensions:the quality of the corn itself and the degree of practical promotion and application.Finally,we used C-D production function model to measure and analyze the contribution rate of the improved corn variety to the increase of corn yield.The research results show that the contribution rate of improvement of new varieties to corn yield was 42.18%,which verified the important role of variety improvement in ensuring food security and effective supply of agricultural products.
