摘 要:基于安徽省3个县312户农户的实地调查数据,采用倾向得分匹配法(PSM)测算了农户非农就业比例对其家庭消费的影响。结果表明:(1)非农就业并不必然会促进家庭总消费的提升,只有家庭非农就业比例超过0.8时,非农就业才可显著促进总消费,平均处理效应在0.076~0.104之间;整体来看,非农就业对家庭总消费的平均处理效应呈现“U”型变化;(2)非农就业显著弱化了生产性消费,平均处理效应约在-0.631~-1.261;(3)非农就业对生活性消费项目中的享受性消费部分作用效果更明显,当非农就业比例大于0.6时,非农就业比例对享受性消费的平均处理效应约在0.203~0.225。基于此,从进一步提升农户非农就业比例、深化农户分工等方面提出了政策建议。Based on the field survey data of 312 households in 3 counties in Anhui Province,the propensity score matching method(PSM)was used to calculate the effect of non-farm employment ratio on rural residents’total household consumption.The results show that:(1)non-farm employment does not necessarily promote the improvement of total household consumption.Only when the household non-farm employment ratio exceeds 0.8,can non-farm employment significantly promote the total household consumption of rural residents,with the average processing effect between 0.076 and 0.104.Overall,the average processing effect of non-farm employment on household total consumption looks like a“U”curve.(2)Non-farm employment and productive consumption show a significant negative correlation,with the average treatment effect between-0.631 and^(-1).261;(3)The effect of non-farm employment has a more obvious effect on the enjoyable part of bioactive consumption.When the non-farm employment ratio is higher than 0.6,the average processing effect of non-farm employment ratio on enjoyable consumption is about 0.203 and 0.225.On this basis,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions on further increasing the proportion of non-agricultural employment of farmers and deepening the division of labor among farmers.
