摘  要:对大型钢锭冒口处的保温砖采用实验检测的保温砖物性参数进行数值模拟,对比了不同保温砖结构对钢锭冒口区凝固过程的影响,结果表明,轻质砖和WDS的使用能够延长冒口处钢液的凝固时间,有利于钢锭的补缩,提高钢锭质量,建议减薄粘土砖的厚度,以充分发挥轻质砖和WDS的保温作用。Numerical simulations have been performed on the insulation bricks at the riser of large steel ingots with the experimentally tested physical property parameters of insulation bricks.The effects of different insulation brick structures on the solidification process of the steel ingot riser area have been compared.The results show that the use of light brick and WDS can prolong the solidification time of molten steel at the riser,which is beneficial to feed the ingot and improve the quality of ingot.It is suggested to reduce the thickness of clay brick to give full play to the insulation effect of light brick and WDS.
