摘　　要：针对大型石化压力容器制造过程中内壁堆焊难题,研制了一种能够进入筒节内部并且自主行走的小车带极堆焊机。实际应用表明:研制的小车带极堆焊机操作简便,完全满足筒节内壁堆焊工艺要求,焊接效率高,焊缝成形好。Aiming at the problem of inner wall surfacing welding in the manufacturing process of large petrochemical pressure vessels,a kind of surfacing welding machine with strip electrode on trolley which can enter the inner part of the barrel and walk autonomously has been developed.The practical application shows that the developed surfacing welding machine with strip electrode on trolley is easy to operate,fully meets the surfacing welding process requirements of the inner wall of the barrel,and has high welding efficiency and good weld formation.
