摘  要:依据汽轮机转子安全性评价准则和蠕变疲劳裂纹扩展引起寿命损耗的计算模型,实际计算了含缺陷的超临界汽轮机转子的蠕变疲劳裂纹扩展寿命损耗,分析了缺陷当量和工作应力对转子寿命损耗的影响大小,对汽轮机转子寿命评估工作方面有一定的理论指导意义。According to the safety evaluation criteria of steam turbine rotors and the calculation model of life loss caused by creep-fatigue crack propagation,life loss of supercritical steam turbine rotors with defects caused by the creep-fatigue crack propagation has been actually calculated,and the effect of defect equivalent and working stress on rotor life loss has been analyzed.It has certain theoretical guiding significance for the evaluation of steam turbine rotor life.
