摘 要:本文创新性地将数字光场对光场的描述方式引入到照明光学中,将照明光学中的参量进行离散化和数值化表述,从而可实现:1)对照明光场进行更严谨和准确的描述;2)结合折射定理和反射定理,进行更为精准的光学自由曲面的设计。针对山东暖棚特殊的结构,其适配的植物生长灯的却失,设计一款距高比达6的壁挂式植物生长灯。与传统植物生长灯相比,本文提出的壁挂式植物生长灯具有均匀度高(主种植区达到90%以上)、光效高(85%以上)、安装方便等优势,大幅度降低了前期一次性投入成本。另外由于其超高的距高比特性,使其在低杆照明、室内间接照明、洗墙等其他照明领域也有很大的应用空间。In this paper,the innovative way of describing the optical field of digital light field is introduced into the illumination optics,we use numerically expressed light cone to describe the illumination light field,so as to realize:1)to describe the light field more rigorously and accurately;2)combined with the refractive and the reflection theorem,to design a more accurate optical free surface.Using the above freeform surface/Lens design method,aiming at the special structure of warm shed in Shandong,a wall-mounted plant growth lamp with a distance-height ratio of 6 is designed.Compared with the traditional plant growth lamp,the wall-mounted plant growth lamp proposed in this paper has the advantages of high uniformity(more than 90%in the main planting area),high light efficiency(more than 85%)and convenient installation,which greatly reduces the cost of one-time investment in the early stage.In addition,due to its ultra-high distance ratio characteristics,it also has potential application in low rod lighting,indoor indirect lighting,wall washing and other illumination fields.
