摘 要:针对微光夜视系统仪光源模块照度均匀性差、光谱匹配度低和参数不可调整等问题,开展了一种基于μLED(微型LED阵列)的微光光源模拟技术研究。在实验室条件下,实现微光光源模拟控制,为微光瞄具检测仪提供连续可调微光环境。该控制系统以STM32F103微处理器为核心,提出了μLED阵列采用多通道低压直流可调恒流驱动方式,设计相应人机交互程序。系统测试表明,光源控制系统可以实现光照度低至2×10^(-3)lx,且光源发光稳定性好,光照不均匀度小于10%,满足微光瞄具检测仪的光源测试需求。Aiming at the problems of poor illuminance uniformity,low spectral matching and non-adjustable parameters of the light source module of the low-light night vision system,a research on the simulation technology of low-light source based onμLED was carried out.Under laboratory conditions,the simulation control of low-light source is realized,which provides a continuously adjustable low-light environment for the low-light sight detector.The control system takes the STM32F103 microprocessor as the core,and uses a multi-channel low-voltage DC adjustable constant current drive mode for theμLED array,and adopts the design of corresponding human-computer interaction program.The system test shows that the light source control system can achieve illumination as low as 2×10^(-3)lx,and the light source has good luminous stability.Its illumination unevenness is less than 10%,which meets the light source test requirements of the low-light sight detector.
