摘  要:目的:设计移动式正压洁净舱,将其应用在新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)核酸标本采集中。方法:设计移动式正压洁净舱,通过风机过滤单元(FFU)形成单向正压气流,高效过滤器(H13)和无臭氧紫外线杀菌灯对进入舱内的气体净化,臭氧发生器进行终末空气消毒形成感染控制屏障;采用空调、遮阳伞增加环境舒适度,使采样人员在正压舱内防护级别降低、负担减轻。结果:移动式正压洁净舱的FFU气溶胶过滤效率为99.99%,白色葡萄球菌杀灭率为99.9%,舱内正压达到30~60 Pa,换气次数达到60次/h,舱内环境使用自然菌沉降法采样达到千级洁净环境水平。结论:移动式正压洁净舱应用在2019-nCoV核酸采集,能够显著减轻医务人员防护负担、提高舒适度,降低院感防控成本。Objective:To design a mobile clean chamber with positive pressure and to apply it in the collection of novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV)nucleic acid specimen.Methods:The designed mobile clean chamber with positive pressure could product one-way airflow with positive pressure by fan filter unit(FFU).And the filter with high efficiency(H13)and ozone-free ultraviolet germicidal lamp could purify the air entered the chamber.The ozone generator performed disinfection for terminal air so as to form a control barrier for infection.In addition,air conditioners and sunshades were used to improve environmental comfort that could reduce the protection class and relieve the burden of sampling persons in the chamber with positive pressure.Results:The filtration efficiency of FFU aerosol of the clean chamber with positive pressure was 99.99%.The sterilization rate of Staphylococcus Albus was 99.9%.The positive pressure could achieve 30-60 Pa in the chamber.And the frequency of air change achieved 60 times/h.The natural bacteria sedimentation was used to sample so as to achieve 1×103 grade clean environment in the chamber.Conclusion:The application of mobile chamber with positive pressure can significantly relieve the protection burden of medical staffs,and improve comfort level of them and reduce the cost of prevention and control of nosocomial infection in the collection of 2019-nCoV nucleic acid specimen.
