摘  要:分析降低100NX过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌器报警的原因,并制定相应的改进措施,对医院2018年11月至2019年10月期间使用的100NX型过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌器循环报警打印纸数据进行分析,整理归纳报警原因,针对原因进行改进,分析改进效果。改进后灭菌器报警率由2.33%降低为0.72%,报警总数、压力检查浓度低于设定值的报警数以及操作者人为取消报警数与改进前比较,差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=16.067,x^(2)=9.914,x^(2)=6.023;P<0.05),其他原因报警对比差异无统计学意义(x^(2)=1.121,P>0.05)。规范灭菌装载,及时整理分析报警原因并进行改进对降低报警率至关重要。To analyze the effective measures of reducing the alarm of 100 NX hydrogen peroxide low-temperature plasma sterilizer.The data of printing paper of circulating alarm of the used 100 NX type hydrogen peroxide lowtemperature plasma sterilizer from November 2018 to October 2019 in hospital were analyzed.The reasons of alarm were analyzed and concluded,and then the improvement of aiming to these reasons was implemented and the improved effects were further analyzed.After the improvement,the alarm rate of sterilizer was reduced from 2.33%to 0.72%.The differences that the alarm numbers when the total number of alarms and the concentration of pressure check were lower than setting value as well as the alarm number that were intentionally cancelled by operators between before and after improvement were significant(x^(2)=16.067,x^(2)=9.914,x^(2)=6.023,P<0.05).And the differences of the alarm number of other reasons between before and after improvement were not significant(x^(2)=1.121,P>0.05).Therefore,standardized embarkation of sterilization,timely sorting out and analysis of the alarm causes and the improvements are essential to reduce the alarm rate.
