摘　　要：针对当前生鲜农副产品电商物流配送的要求和短板,构想了生鲜农副产品配送中心投资与管理模式及运营模式,并对江苏乡村生鲜农副产品配送中心的建设路径进行了思考。In view of the current requirements and shortcomings of fresh agricultural and sideline products in e-commerce logistics distribution,this paper conceives the investment and management mode and operation mode of fresh agricultural and sideline products of distribution center,and considers the construction path of rural fresh agricultural and sideline products distribution center in Jiangsu Province.
