摘　　要：目的分析切开复位钢板跨关节固定治疗第4、5掌骨基底部骨折的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2016年2月至2019年2月收治的14例第4、5掌骨基底部骨折患者的临床资料,均采用切开复位跨掌腕关节钢板固定治疗,其中男12例,女2例;平均年龄(32.4±2.9)岁。术后平均随访(11.6±1.7)个月。结果所有患者骨折均得到愈合,根据手指总主动活动度(TAM)评价方法,优11例,良3例,优良率达到100%。结论切开复位钢板跨关节固定治疗第4、5掌骨基底部骨折,稳定性好,有利于早期功能锻炼,患者术后恢复良好。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of open reduction and cross-articular fixation with plate in the treatment of the 4th and 5th metacarpal base fractures.Methods The clinical data of 14 patients with the 4th and 5th metacarpal base fractures admitted from February 2016 to February 2019 were retrospectively analyzed,and all patients were treated with open reduction and crossing metacarpal wrist joint plate fixation.There were 12 males and 2 females,with an average age of(32.4±2.9)years and an average follow-up period of(11.6±1.7)months.Results All fractures of patients healed.According to finger total active activity(TAM)evaluation method,11 cases were excellent,3 cases were good,and the excellent and good rate was 100%.Conclusion Open reduction and cross-articular fixation with plate in the treatment of the 4th and 5th metacarpal base fractures has good stability and is conducive to early functional exercise,and the patients recover well after operation.
