改良煮散剂“金沸草散”与汤剂治疗风寒束肺型感染后咳嗽的效果比较

摘　　要：目的研究改良煮散剂“金沸草散”治疗风寒束肺型感染后咳嗽的效果及安全性。方法将2018年1月至2020年1月就诊于我院急诊内科,符合风寒束肺型感染后咳嗽诊断标准的120例患者采用信封法随机分为对照组和试验组,每组60例。对照组给予金沸草汤剂治疗,试验组给予改良煮散剂“金沸草散”治疗。比较两组的咳嗽症状积分、咳嗽程度、中医证候积分、临床疗效及患者满意度。结果治疗后,试验组的日间咳嗽症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组咳嗽程度均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05);两组各证候积分均较治疗前降低,试验组的咯痰、咽痒积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的临床治疗总有效率和满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良煮散剂“金沸草散”用药省、成本低,在治疗风寒束肺型感染后咳嗽中有更好的临床疗效,且携带、服用方便,更符合患者需求,适宜临床推广。Objective To study the effect and safety of modified boiling powder"Jinfeicao powder"in the treatment of postinfectious cough of wind cold bundle lung type.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,120 patients treated in the emergency department of our hospital who met the diagnosis of postinfectious cough of wind cold bundle lung type were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by envelope method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Jinfeicao decoction,and the experimental group was treated with modified boiling powder"Jinfeicao powder".The cough symptom score,cough degree,TCM syndrome score,clinical efficacy and patients'satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the daytime cough symptom score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the cough degree of the two groups significantly improved than that before treatment(P<0.05);the syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of expectoration and pharyngeal itching of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment and satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified boiling powder"Jinfeicao powder"has the advantages of low drug consumption,low cost and better clinical efficacy in the treatment of postinfectious cough of wind cold bundle lung type.It is easy to carry and take,and is more in line with the needs of patients,so it is suitable for clinical promotion.
