健脾益肾宣肺方对2型糖尿病肾病水肿患者水肿程度及肾功能的影响

摘　　要：目的分析健脾益肾宣肺方对2型糖尿病肾病水肿患者水肿程度及肾功能的影响。方法选取我院2016年7月至2020年3月收治的42例2型糖尿病肾病水肿患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各21例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用健脾益肾宣肺方治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组中医证候和水肿评分均较治疗前降低,生活质量各项评分均较治疗前升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组UP、Scr、BUN水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾益肾宣肺方治疗2型糖尿病肾病水肿患者的效果显著,能有效改善患者的临床症状,促进水肿消退,改善肾功能,进而提高生活质量。Objective To analyze the effects of Jianpi Yishen Xuanfei recipe on edema degree and renal function in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy edema.Methods From July 2016 to March 2020,42 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy edema admitted in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 21 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Jianpi Yishen Xuanfei recipe.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome and edema in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of quality of life were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of UP,Scr and BUN in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Yishen Xuanfei recipe has a significant effect in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy edema,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,promote the regression of edema,improve renal function and the quality of life.
