全程化干预方案在高血压患者护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨全程化干预方案在高血压患者护理中的应用效果。方法将2018年1月至2019年12月我院120例高血压患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组施行常规护理,观察组施行全程化干预。比较两组的治疗依从性、血压指标、血压变异性指标、不良情绪评分、生活质量评分和护理满意度。结果观察组治疗总依从率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的收缩压、舒张压、脉压差、晨峰收缩压及舒张压均显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分显著降低,生活质量各项评分显著升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全程化干预方案可有效增强高血压患者的治疗依从性,有利于提高其血压控制效果,还可减轻患者不良情绪,提升生活质量,使患者更加满意于护理服务。Objective To explore the application effect of whole course intervention program in nursing of patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 120 patients with hypertension in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given whole course intervention.The treatment compliance,blood pressure index,blood pressure variability index,adverse emotion score,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total compliance rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,pulse pressure difference and morning peak systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of the two groups significantly decreased,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups significantly decreased,and the quality of life score significantly increased,and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole course intervention program can effectively enhance the treatment compliance,improve the blood pressure control effect,reduce the adverse emotions,improve the quality of life of patients with hypertension,and make the patients more satisfied with nursing services.
