摘 要:直升机采用双速传动系统可以提高其机动性和燃油经济性。针对双速传动系统高速挡,采取集中参数法建立了双速传动系统高速挡六自由度动力学模型,并运用龙格-库塔法对该非线性系统进行数值求解。研究了摩擦离合器的静摩擦系数和摩擦梯度对摩擦离合器接合特性、传扭特性以及齿轮传扭特性的影响。研究结果表明,负摩擦梯度导致系统失稳;增加静摩擦系数和摩擦梯度,可以抑制摩擦离合器输出抖动,同时,可以加快离合器两端的接合,减少齿轮啮合动载荷均方根值,增大最大冲击力矩以及动态载荷均方根值。The helicopter adopts a two-speed transmission system to improve its maneuverability and fuel economy.For the high-speed gear of two-speed transmission system,a six-degree-of-freedom dynamic model was established with lumped parameter method,and the nonlinear system was numerically solved with the Runge-Kutta method,and effects of static friction coefficient and friction gradient of friction clutch on engagement characteristics,torque transmission characteristics and gear torque transmission characteristics were studied.The results showed that negative friction gradient led to system instability;increasing static friction coefficient and friction gradient would restrain the output jitter of friction clutch and accelerate the engagement of both ends of clutch;it would reduce the root mean square value of dynamic load of gear engagement;but it would increase the maximum impact torque and root mean square value of dynamic load of friction clutch engagement.
