钉板辅助复位技术治疗桡骨远端关节面压缩骨折的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:评价钉板辅助复位技术治疗桡骨远端关节面压缩骨折的临床效果。方法:2015年1月—2017年12月对南京医科大学附属苏州医院收治的桡骨远端关节面压缩骨折24例患者,采用钉板辅助复位技术,经桡骨远端掌侧入路行切开复位内固定手术治疗,手术时间0.5~1 h。结果:所有患者均取得坚强内固定,复位效果满意,掌倾角及尺偏角恢复满意,术后6~24周骨性愈合,腕关节功能评分(Mayo评分法):优13例,良8例,可3例,优良率达87.5%。结论:钉板辅助复位技术治疗桡骨远端关节面压缩骨折,可有效纠正压缩的关节面,恢复腕关节掌偏角,缩短手术时间,减少围术期并发症,实现坚强固定、早期功能锻炼的目的,有效恢复腕关节功能。Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of the nail plate assisted reduction technique in the treatment of compression fractures of the distal radius articular surface.Methods:From January 2015 to December 2017,24 patients with compression fractures of the distal radius articular surface admitted to Suzhou Hospital of Nanjing Medical University,using nail plate assisted reset technology.Through the distal volar radial passage,open reduction and internal fixation surgery,the operation time is 0.5-1 h.Results:All patients received strong internal fixation,the reset effect is satisfactory,palmar angle and ulnar deviation recovered satisfactorily,bone healing 6-24 weeks after operation,wrist function score(Mayo score):excellent in 13 cases,good in 8 cases,3 cases were acceptable.The excellent and good rate reached 87.5%.Conclusion:The nail plate assisted reduction technique for the treatment of compression fractures of the distal radius articular surface,can effectively correct the compressed joint surface,restore palm deflection angle of wrist joint,shorten the operation time,reduce perioperative complications,achieve rigid fixation,early exercise purposes,effectively restore wrist joint function.
