摘  要:综合能源服务是目前能源企业寻求突破转型的重要方向。围绕发电企业如何参与综合能源服务业务,通过引入迈克尔·波特的企业价值链模型方法,对传统发电企业的价值链特点进行了梳理与分析,结合对综合能源服务核心价值及其发展现状分析,从如何完善全价值链角度出发,对发电企业开展综合能源服务的发展策略进行了研究,提出了立足于其能源生产端的价值链优势环节,逐步向价值链中的市场销售、用户服务端拓展这一指导思想,并给出了具体发展建议,可为各类发电企业制定综合能源服务发展策略提供有益的参考和借鉴。Integrated energy service is an important new market for current energy enterprises.Focusing on how traditional power generation enterprises participate in the integrated energy service business,the characteristics of their value chain are analyzed and summarized based on Michael Porter's value chain model.Considering the core value of integrated energy service and its development,the enterprises'strategies for developing integrated energy service business are studied,in order to improve its entire value chain.A guidance that the enterprises can gradually expand from their competitive business of energy production to the sales and customer-end service in the value chain is put forward,and specific development suggestions are proposed.The strategy provide reference for power generation enterprises in formulating their development strategy for integrated energy service.
