摘　　要：健康权保障需要医药技术的发展与提升,新兴技术则给予了医药技术发展新动能,促进了医药产业快速升级;然而新兴技术的发展具有双面性,它一方面可以促进健康权的实现,另一方面也有可能制约医药成果的分享。具言之,人工智能技术正被大规模运用到医疗健康服务,大数据技术在综合分析病患信息、流行病学调查等方面发挥了重要作用,基因技术在大健康生物领域发挥了正面作用,蓬勃发展的互联网技术对健康权保障产生了积极影响,但这些技术的不当使用也有可能带来负面影响,故探析并控制其负面影响、发挥其更多的正面作用,才能更好促进相关行业或领域的发展,引导民众健康权的保障服务。The protection of health right needs the development and promotion of medical technology.Emerging technologies give new impetus to the development of medical technology and promote the rapid upgrading of medical industry.However,it is undeniable that the development of technology has brought about a dialectical impact.It can not only promote the realization of health right,but also restrict the sharing of medical achievements.Artificial intelli⁃gence technology is being widely used in medical and health services.Big data technology plays an important role in comprehensive analysis of patient information and epidemiological investigation.Gene technology has played a posi⁃tive role in the field of big healthy biology.The booming Internet technology has positive impact on health right pro⁃tection,and its improper use may also have a negative impact.Therefore exploring and controlling its negative im⁃pact and giving full play to its positive role can better promote the development of related industries or fields,and provide guidance for the protection of people's health right.
