摘　　要：本文以一例特殊类型的骶骨骨折的法医学鉴定为切入点,从解剖结构、受伤机制、骨折分型、影像学诊断、治疗措施等方面,归纳U型骶骨骨折损伤程度及伤残等级的评定要点,以为同行提供借鉴。Based on one forensic medical identification of a special type of sacral fracture,this paper summariz⁃es the evaluation points of injury degree and disability grade of U-shaped sacral fracture from the aspects of anatomi⁃cal structure,injury mechanism,fracture classification,imaging diagnosis and treatment measures to provide refer⁃ence for colleages and peers.
