摘　　要：法医须特别注意外伤与疾病的关系分析。本文通过一例颅脑外伤并发颈内动脉海绵窦瘘致迟发性进行性视力损害的法医学检验分析,提示对颅脑外伤后在一段时间内会出现的各种后遗症应多加注意和仔细辨别。Medical examiners must pay special attention to the analysis of the relationship between trauma and diseases.This paper analyzes a case of delayed progressive visual impairment caused by intracraniocerebral injury complicated by internal carotid cavernous sinus fistula by forensic medicine,and suggests that more attention should be paid to the sequelae of intracraniocerebral injury in a certain period of time.
