摘  要:长沙市湘府路快速化改造工程万家丽立交由主线桥和8条匝道组成,共5层,其中主线桥为(60+90+60)m连续梁桥,主梁采用三箱三室变截面钢箱梁;匝道桥主梁采用带悬臂的直腹板钢箱梁。针对该桥钢箱梁施工难点,结合桥址处施工环境,提出了大节段支架法+500 t履带吊架设(方案1)、小节段支架法+260 t履带吊架设(方案2)、双塔吊+260 t履带吊架设(方案3)3种钢箱梁架设方案,通过现场吊装条件、施工难度、工期等方面综合比选,采用方案3施工。该桥钢箱梁分节段制造后,分2期按从下往上的顺序,采用D5200-240塔吊、STT3330-160塔吊和260 t履带吊架设。实践证明采用方案3施工,将施工对城市交通的影响降至最低,解决了地铁交叉施工的问题,满足工期要求。The Wanjiali Interchange of Xiangfu Road Upgrading Project in Changsha consists of a main-line bridge and eight ramps,with five levels of decks.The main-line bridge is a continuous girder bridge with three spans of 60,90 and 60 m,the superstructure of which comprises three steel boxes with variable cross section in the transverse direction.The decks of the ramps are formed by steel box girders with vertical webs and cantilevers.Three erection solutions were proposed for the steel box girders,including the large segments assembly on scaffolds using 500 t-capacity crawler crane(solution 1),small segments assembly on scaffolds using 260 t-capacity crawler crane(solution 2),and hoisting and assembly with assistance of two tower cranes and the 260 t-capacity crawler crane(solution 3).Solution 3 was finally chosen,considering the advantages and disadvantages of the solutions from aspects of hoisting and installation condition at bridge site,construction challenges and time needed.The prefabricated segments of steel box girders were erected in the bottom-up manner in two phases,using tower cranes D5200-240 and STT3330-160 together with the 260 t-capacity crawler crane.The engineering practice proves that the implementation of solution 3 minimized the disruptions to urban transport,allowed the parallel construction of the road and the subway,and ensured the construction schedule.
