摘　　要：土方工程是水利工程非常重要的组成部分。湖北省碾盘山水利水电枢纽工程导流明渠土方工程,其施工特点是强度高、工期紧张,为减少因征地影响导致的作业面滞后、地质条件多变以及水文情况复杂等不利影响,从施工工艺及布置、设备选型、经营模式三个方面进行分析研究,优化施工方案,达到提高施工效率、保证施工进度、节约施工成本的目的。该管理措施的成功应用具有实际工程意义,可为类似工程提供参考。Earthwork is a very important part during water conservancy project construction.Hubei Nianpanshan water conservancy and hydropower project diversion open channel earthworks has the construction characteristics of high strength and short construction period.The construction technology and layout,equipment model selection and business model are analyzed and studied in order to reduce the negative influence of land expropriation,namely lagged working face,variable geological conditions,complex hydrological conditions,etc.The construction plan is optimized,thereby improving the construction efficiency,guaranteeing the construction progress,and saving the construction cost.The successful application of the management measure has practical engineering significance,which can provide reference for similar projects.
