摘　　要：溢洪道金属结构的运行状态对水库工程的安全运行至关重要。本文依据现行金属结构检测规范,采用多种检测设备,对怀柔水库东西溢洪道闸门进行外观、锈蚀量、焊缝超声波探伤和材料检测,对启闭机运行状态进行检测和试验。基于检测结果,对溢洪道金属结构安全状态进行综合评价,对存在的问题提出修复建议,评价结果可为怀柔水库的安全运行和改造维护提供技术支撑。The operation state of the spillway metal structure is very important to the safe operation of the reservoir project.Many test devices are adopted for appearance,erosion,welding seam ultrasound fault detection and material test of the east-west spillway gate in Huairou Reservoir according to existing metal structure test codes.The hoist operation state is tested and detected.The safety state of the spillway metal structure is comprehensively evaluated based on the test results.Repair suggestions are proposed aiming at the existing problems.The evaluation results can provide technical support for the safe operation and reconstruction maintenance of Huairou Reservoir.
