摘 要:目的探究缺血性心脏病患者接受骨髓单个核细胞移植治疗方案的临床效果。方法择选该院2016年1月—2019年1月收治的经冠状动脉造影确诊冠心病患者40例为研究对象,按随机分组原则由计算机分组工具,自动均分为研究组和对照组,每组20例。治疗后,分别就两组患者的超声指标和心肌灌注缺损区面积变化情况实施对比,评价两种方法的疗效。结果治疗后,研究组患者LVEDV(101.5±7.1)mL、LVESV(56.3±5.8)mL、LVEF(43.8±5.7)%优于对照组的(106.3±8.8)mL、(61.7±6.7)mL、(56.3±5.9)%,差异有统计学意义(t=2.198、2.725、6.814,P<0.05);研究组患者心肌灌注缺损面积(15.2±6.3)%多于对照组(21.4±6.7)%,差异有统计学有意义(t=3.014,P<0.05)。结论缺血性心脏病患者行骨髓单个核细胞移植治疗,疗效较为显著,有利于患者左室收缩功能的改善,且安全性良好,具有较高的应用价值。Objective To explore the clinical effects of bone marrow mononuclear cell transplantation in patients with ischemic heart disease.Methods Selected 40 patients with coronary heart disease diagnosed by coronary angiography in the hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 as the research objects.According to the principle of randomization,the computer grouping tool was automatically divided into the study group and the control group.There were 20 patients in each group.After treatment,the ultrasound indexes and changes in the area of myocardial perfusion defect were compared between the two groups of patients,and the efficacy of the two methods was evaluated.Results After treatment,LVEDV(101.5±7.1)mL,LVESV(56.3±5.8)mL,LVEF(43.8±5.7)% of the study group were better than those of the control group(106.3±8.8)mL,(61.7±6.7)mL,(56.3±5.9%),the difference was statistically significant(t=2.198,2.725,6.814,P<0.05);the area of myocardial perfusion defect in the study group was(15.2±6.3)% more than that of the control group(21.4±6.7)%,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.014,P<0.05).Conclusion Bone marrow mononuclear cell transplantation in patients with ischemic heart disease has a significant curative effect,which is beneficial to the improvement of left ventricular systolic function,and has good safety and high application value.
